BP Gas Stations Network
BP - Full Service POS Branding + Logistics
A Decade of Retail Presence Across Poland
The Partnership
Starting in 2010 and continuing for more than ten years, NEXT Design produced all promotional creative and in-store merchandising for the entire BP Poland station network. Every forecourt and every convenience shop in the country carried materials designed by our studio – a level of trust that is rare in retail, and one that demanded consistent quality at national scale, campaign after campaign.
Every Touchpoint of the Station
Scope of Work
The work covered the complete marketing footprint of a modern fuel station: toppers, wobblers, posters, price displays, shelf-edge strips, A-boards and dispenser posters, together with the full marketing of both the shop zone and the fuel zone. Each format came with its own constraints – viewing distance, lighting, mounting system and print substrate – and every design had to respect BP’s strict global brand guidelines while still feeling fresh to returning customers. Product imagery was supported by our own studio photography and 3D visualisation.
A Three-Week Creative Cycle
The Process
The programme ran on a demanding rhythm: a new set of creative roughly every three weeks, agreed with the category managers responsible for individual shop categories at BP Poland’s headquarters. That cadence required a disciplined production pipeline – briefing, concept, approval and print-ready artwork delivered on schedule for every station – and a studio able to keep ideas sharp over hundreds of cycles and more than a decade of collaboration.
