The Project

Hector Berrios is a well-known former pitcher and now a baseball pitching coach in Florida. His Pro-Command Mastery Course was produced as a series of 18 video clips, split into Vol. 1 and Vol. 2 with nine clips each. Hector recorded the training sessions; NEXT Design handled the complete editing and composition of the footage together with the educational material – structuring each lesson so that technique, drills and explanations flow clearly for players training on their own.

A Platform Built to Sell and Deliver

Webflow Platform

The web platform for selling and distributing the course was designed and built entirely by NEXT Design. It presents the course, handles sales and gives subscribers access to their lessons in a clean environment consistent with Hector’s HLB Pitching brand.

Drip-Subscription Logic

Custom Development

The course is offered as a drip subscription: lessons are not released all at once, but unlocked over time. Because every subscriber starts on a different date, we built a custom web application that manages the release of each clip on an individual schedule for every subscriber. The result is a scalable product that paces learning the way a coach would – one lesson at a time.
