Tenex 2nd Gen Product Launch Campaign
“Apple-Caliber” 3D Product Visualisation
The Brief
Tenex 2nd Generation is an advanced ultrasonic surgical system used by orthopedic surgeons to treat tendon and bone pathologies in athletes and active patients. For its US launch, our long-term partner Trice Medical Inc. set a clear directive: a product aesthetic rivalling Apple’s flagship hardware reveals, far from sterile clinical photography. We built ultra-detailed 3D models of the entire hardware ecosystem, simulating authentic materials – from textured medical-grade polymers and translucent fluid chambers to gold-plated internal contacts.
One Master 3D Pipeline for Every Touchpoint
Launch Assets
A next-generation surgical platform needs absolute visual consistency across product pages, clinical brochures and large-format conference displays. Using one master 3D scene of the console, touchscreen UI and handpiece, we produced high-resolution print assets, brand identity materials and web-ready visuals – and a flagship launch film of more than three minutes that visualises both the ergonomic design of the handpiece and the microscopic physics of ultrasonic tissue treatment.
Ongoing Social Media for Tenex & Seg-WAY
Continuous Partnership
Beyond the launch, NEXT Design is Trice Medical’s ongoing partner for social media strategy, content and analytics across its minimally invasive orthopedic brands: Tenex Health and Seg-WAY Orthopedics, the endoscopic carpal tunnel release system. Campaign creative is backed by continuous platform metrics and audience analysis. Read the full Tenex case study.
Tenex 2nd Gen - Precision 3D Product Launch & US MedTech Brand Ecosystem
As a long-term creative partner for US orthopedic innovator Trice Medical Inc., NEXT Design engineered the complete launch campaign for the 2nd-generation Tenex ultrasonic surgical system. Answering a brief for an "Apple-caliber" product aesthetic, we delivered photorealistic 3D product imaging, a flagship 3-minute launch film, print collateral, and ongoing social media strategy across the Tenex and Seg-WAY brands.
